We will bring the equipment and cleaning products needed to clean your home. We use professional products that are much more effective than “grocery store” products.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?2023-01-12T15:11:20-08:00

We don’t do in-home estimates.  We base your quote on the square footage of the home and the information you provide us concerning the condition of the house.

Will I be charged more if it takes longer than expected to clean my house?2023-01-12T15:10:48-08:00

When we provide a quote, it’s our best guess estimate based on the information you provided us about the condition of your home.  If feel we can’t get the house clean as quoted, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on cleaning.

Scheduling Questions

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments.  We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!

When am I charged for the service?2023-01-12T15:15:11-08:00

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?2023-01-12T15:14:42-08:00

We do our best to be “right on time.”  But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather.  If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?2023-01-12T15:13:28-08:00

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know.  You can hide a key, give us the door code or we can maintain a key in the office so we can access your house on cleaning day.

Can I get a same-day booking?2023-01-12T15:12:56-08:00

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Cleaning Questions

Are cleaning company cleaners screened?2023-01-12T15:18:58-08:00

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill.

How many cleaners do you send?2023-01-12T15:18:23-08:00

For cleanings under 7 hours we only send one cleaner. For longer cleanings, we will send two cleaners.

We offer recurring maid services (weekly, biweekly and monthly), one-time deep cleanings, move in/out cleanings, vacation rental cleaning and office cleaning.  And, since Covid, we nore offer professional disinfecting.

We use primarily Betco products.  These are professional janitorial cleaners that are much more effective than grocery store products.
